How do I proceed to buy?

Just register (create an account), access the "shopping cart" and add the products you want. To formalize the request, you must follow the instructions provided. Choose the payment method. After completing the payment, you will receive an email with information about your order.

How to pay?

You can make your payment through: 

- ATM or Mbway;

- Credit card;

- Paypal;

- Bank transfer;

Can I change my account details?

You can change your data at any time by accessing your account and editing the information.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

In general, you can purchase a single unit of an item, however for some products, you will have to order minimum units. 

Do the prices shown already include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown already include the legal VAT rate in force.

Can I visit your physical store?

Of course, we will be delighted to welcome you to our showroom and be able to show our products live, advise and clarify all your doubts.

Are all the products that are in the online store also in the physical store?

Do not. The products we have in the store are a sample of what we have in the online catalogue, we usually have one or more products from the same line where you can see the quality and finishes of the products. The finishes we have on the products displayed in our showroom may not be the same as those advertised on the site.

Can I check the products in the online store and buy in the physical store?

Yes, products can be ordered or purchased in our physical store.

How can I receive a Zutto catalog at home?

We do not have catalogs available to send. You can register for our Newsletter and receive periodically updated product news and information.

Can I order an article that is not on the site's article list?

If the product you want is not on our list of articles, you can contact us (info@zutto-design.com) and request information about it.

Do you have special conditions for professionals?

All professionals (architects, designers, etc) can contact us via email info@zutto-design.com and we will analyze each situation in order to present the best conditions.

Do you have conditions for the contract sector?

Yes, we offer competitive pricing solutions for bulk purchases.

How long do deliveries take?

Delivery times for each brand vary. Every time a proposal is made or a purchase is made on the website, we inform you of the delivery deadline established by the supplier. However, Zutto is not responsible for delays that may occur in the summer, for periods of rest in the factories, for lack of raw material or stops in production or shipping, although in these periods, you will always be informed of this possibility when placing the order. Transport companies to Lisbon are foreign, hired to provide a service, so we are not responsible for further delays or complications in delivery. 

Can I buy from the islands?

You can do it online or contact us directly so that we can study each case and obtain the best transport conditions.

What do transport costs include?

There is always a shipping cost, which varies depending on the volume of the order. Prices do not include assembly. The transport service does not include the ascent to floors, the order is considered delivered on the ground floor. The material is delivered fully packaged and protected in its box. 

Do you deliver and assemble furniture?

Yes, our team delivers and assembles the furniture (only in mainland Portugal), carrying out this service requires an estimate. However most products are very easy to assemble.

I want to cancel an order I placed in the online store. How to proceed?

To cancel an order, you must send an email to info@zutto-design.com and indicate your customer number and order number.
