We do not accept returns of items that have been personalized, in dimensions, finishes or fabrics.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it upon delivery or within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
The return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer and the items must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were delivered.
Upon receipt of the article at Zutto we will carry out the technical verification and, if any lack of conformity is proven, the article will be replaced. In this case, we will replace the item and send it to your address again at no additional cost. If you want the refund of the amount paid, it will be done in the same way in which the payment was made within 14 days. The shipping cost originally paid will not be refunded.
If the technical verification detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the anomaly (for example: drop, humidity, etc.) for Technical Assistance.
In the case of products outside the warranty period, Zutto also provides technical assistance, so you can inform and send the defective items to Customer Support. The items will be analyzed by the After-Sales Service, which will issue a technical opinion and the respective repair budget. The repair will only start after acceptance/award of the quote by the customer.
All purchases made on the site are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
RETURN ON DELIVERY:
You must indicate on the shipping note which anomalies were detected (damaged box, missing item, damaged item...) and contact us indicating if you want to exchange or refund the product(s).
UP TO 15 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY:
- You must contact us indicating that you are going to return the product.
- Mention the order or invoice number, which products to return and specify the reasons for the return.

- Wait for a contact from Zutto before returning the product.

Returned orders will not be accepted.
The cost of transport will be refunded in cases where the order sent is incorrect or if the product is defective.
In all other cases, we will refund the entire value of the item, with the exception of transport, whether borne by the customer or by Zutto.
