This site is managed by Zutto – Design e Arquitectura. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zutto. All information, tools and services available on this site to the user, condition the acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices mentioned herein.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and the policies referenced herein. These “Terms of Service” apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, visitors, suppliers, customers, merchants and/or content contributors.

4) To provide personal data and correct addresses so that Zutto can properly process orders;

Prices, promotions and other actions on this site may differ from those practiced in Zutto's physical store.

Your data is stored by Shopify on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways follow the standards set by PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these “Terms of Service”, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
The Customer is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to Zutto and undertakes to immediately insert any changes thereto in his Registration Account.
Zutto declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, namely in the act of delivery, resulting from an error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.
The validation of the purchase order assumes that the Customer has become aware of and accepts the General Conditions of the site. The data recorded by Zutto constitutes proof of the set of transactions carried out between Zutto and the Customer. It is Zutto's responsibility to file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and keep it accessible.
To make purchases through the site, it is necessary to register as a Customer by filling out the form available online. Once you have registered, simply insert all the items you wish to purchase into the virtual shopping cart. You must follow all the steps of the purchase for it to be completed successfully.
As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you can immediately request its change, or even the cancellation of the purchase made.
Zutto only processes the order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so Zutto cannot guarantee the availability of the articles until the beginning of said processing. In addition to the estimated time for dispatch, the transport time and the destination of your order are added.
Failure to pay the order within 10 (ten) days following the date on which it was placed implies its automatic cancellation.
All products marketed by Zutto comply with Portuguese legislation.
All prices are in Euros and include VAT.
Product prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our “Return Policy”.
After ordering, an email will be sent with the details of the ordered products. When the order is shipped, an email will be sent.
If you wish to make changes to the order, such as deleting or adding products, you must notify us within four hours of placing the order, to the email firstname.lastname@example.org

ORDERS, PAYMENT AND WARRANTIES
Orders can be placed in the following ways:
Through the website, with login made. This service is available 24 hours a day, every day;
By email to email@example.com from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Through our physical store, located at Marina de Cascais Loja 32 A and B, 2750-800 Cascais.
Items that have been personalized in dimensions, finishes or fabrics cannot be returned.
Products will only be shipped or delivered after payment confirmation.
Delivery costs are not included in the value of the products, being indicated before the order confirmation.
In the case of products to be ordered, the delivery time varies between 6 and 10 weeks, depending on the brand.
Orders on the website do not include the assembly service, if you want the same, you must indicate in the notes when finalizing your order. You can also request the assembly service through the email firstname.lastname@example.org, and this service has an additional cost that will be provided by budget.
Zutto reserves the right to review and cancel any order placed through this website, if it does not meet the company's commercial requirements, violates any of the terms of this agreement, or if there are computer errors, manual errors, transcription errors and technical errors in pricing or content, in which case the amount charged to your account or credit card will be refunded.
Depending on the ordering method, the customer has the following payment methods available:
- ATM or Mbway;
- Credit card;
- Bank transfer;
- Counter-delivery: upon acceptance of payment of all fees inherent to this service.
The products for sale on this site are covered by various types of commercial guarantees. All are given a 2-year warranty period. It is possible that some have different conditions and/or deadlines, which will be defined by the manufacturer.
The legislation in force in relation to guarantees and returns in the national territory applies. We remind you that only products that:
- Correspond to the description contained in documents issued by Zutto;
- No technical intervention or attempt to repair/alter the product has been carried out;
- They have been correctly assembled or whose damage is not the result of improper handling or assembly;
- Breaks and surges in electrical current are not covered by warranty, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure an electrical installation with good earthing, as required by law for all electrical products;
- Be clean and free from impurities and dust;
- Do not contain defects known to the customer at the time of purchase.
